Introduction: the lumbo-pelvic pain in the postpartum period is relatively frequent and sometimes a nomal episode. Classifield in: low lumbar pain, pelvic waist and / or coccydynia and with a predominance of more than 60%.Variables: 20 patients (between 28 and 38 years old) in the postpartum period and without lumbar pain were separated in a group of control (n= 9) and in an experimental group (n= 11). Simple clinical trial randomized and controlled in which osteopathic techniques are applied and improvements are evaluated in both pain and the quality of daily life activities, throughout Visual Pain Scale and Oswestry Disability Scale.
Results: a significant change appears in the pain and the quality of life of the experimental sample, with a p= 0.003 and p=0.006 respectively, however it doesn’t appear in the control sample, which a p= 0.233 for the pain and p= 0.102 for the quality of life.
Conclusions: it is proven with significant data the osteopathic treatments are resolutive. A good holistic view of the patient can help to self-improve her health. - Abstract

Introducció: el dolor lumbopèlvic en el postpart és relativament freqüent i en algunes ocasions un episodi normal. Classificat en: dolor lumbar baix, cintura pèlvica i/o coccigodinia i amb una prevalença de més d’un 60%.
Variables: 20 pacients (entre 28 i 38 anys) en el postpart, amb i sense dolor lumbar, separades en un grup control (n=9) i grup experimental (n=11). Assaig clínic simple aleatoritzat controlat, en el qual, s’apliquen tècniques osteopàtiques i s’avaluen les millores tant en el dolor com en la qualitat de la realització de les activitats de la vida diària, mitjançant l’Escala Visual Analògica i l’Escala d’Incapacitat d’Oswestry.
Resultats: es mostra un canvi significatiu en el dolor i la qualitat de vida de la mostra experimental, amb un p= 0.003 i p= 0.006 respectivament, en canvi, no s’en mostren en el grup de control, en el qual tenim una p= 0.233 pel dolor i p= 0.102 per a la qualitat de vida.
Conclusions: s'evidencia, amb dades significatives, que el tractament osteopàtic és resolutiu. Una correcta visió holística de la pacient pot ajudar a auto-potenciar la seva salut. - presented at
